i have a 95 chrysler cirrus 6 cyl with a pretty bad coolant leak coming from somewhere near the front passenger side tire.i cant tell exactly where the leak is coming from, what ever its leaking from it is hidden and just leaking down off the bottom of the engine.my car wants to overheat when i drive it and the heater fan still blows but only cold air.i think it may be a broken/leaking water pump but im not a mechanic.it is a pretty bad leak, not just dripping but literally pouring onto the ground.if it is the water pump will i need to lift the engine to replace it?

I would say it's the water pump. It is run by the timing belt. It isn't a fun job, but you don't need to pull the engine or lift it. If I recall, you will have to support the engine so you can remove a mount.

When you do it, replace the timing belt too. Make sure to get a good waterpump. Don't get a remanufactured one because you won't want to do it again.

Let me know if you have specific questions or help with anything.
