I can't find the horn relay---the book says these relays are at the lower right of the instrument panel near the fuses------but I can't see any relay panel there?-------my horn desn't work---the fuse is good---and I read no voltage at the dual horn connectors when the horn buttons are pushed. I expect the horn relay may be bad----but I an't find it Do I have to remove dash panels to find it or what?
