1990 Chrysler 5th Avenue Car turns over but will not start

I cannot get my car to start it turns over and I have replaced the ignition switch. I am not getting any spark on my plugs and my fuel pump is not comming on. I also replace the fuel pump relay. I have tested my ignition coil and it is okay.

I looked in the relay box not listed i need location I calles dealer and they have one did not know where it is located.

Try checking at the left fender panel
