1986 Chrysler 5th Avenue V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1986 Chrysler 5th Avenue, It starts & idles fine, but when you give it throttle, it bogs down and starts surging, I put in a new fuel pump, and it didn't change. It has an electronic fuel control system. New fuel filter & air cleaner also tried carb cleaner. There are no adjustment screws on the carb either. could it be the electronic fuel control unit ? or a sensor ? I am at the end of my wits.......and pocket book, could you please provide some ideas, or how to troubleshoot ?
