Hi there,

Thank you for the donation,

AS you have replaced with new just about the entire cooling system, i would be testing the thermostat for a fault just to be sure, and i would now be getting a head check done, this is a quick and simple chemical test to check for any traces of Co in the cooling system, if so this is a positive sine of a head or gasket problem, try this next.

Works like a new cooling system should now, I think it's a good idea to use a strainer cloth and a good funnell when changing this thermostat and the bleeding the system helps a lot too.
