Hi Slimny,

Is this engine oil and coolant mixing or transmission oil? Then when you say the second time, what happened after the first time? Was the vehicle repaired or did you just change the coolant? Does it mix both ways, meaning do you find coolant in the oil or is it just oil in the coolant?

Lastly, can you send me the last eight of the VIN? I just want to see how your vehicle is equipped. Thanks

You said this is the second time. What happened to correct this the first time and when was that.

This is most likely a head gasket issue. Here is a link to a video on what you need to do to test this. Most important is a compression test and cylinder leakage test.

Have you performed any of these to confirm a head gasket. If we can move past that there are some other things but they are less likely. So I wouldn't go much further until we do the head gasket tests.
