2007 Chrysler 300 Warning lights

The eletronic throtil light comes on and flashes with an audible beep. Also the malfunction indicator light comes on-solid.
I am overseas in Albania and am having dificulity finding anyone to service it.

check fuel fill cap
is it check engine light that is on
try and cycle key on off on off on off on
read troubled codes in odometer area
let me know what you have for codes
