2007 Chrysler 300 Control Modules

My Sunroof is associated with Front control Module Relay/fuse. I like to disable the sunroof by pulling the relay/fuse in catagory 44 associated with operation of the SunRoof. Will doing that task affect any performance operation of the Auto or just the Sunroof Only as the FCM only or maybe control the Sunroof Opps! or Not. I check the owner manual that came with the Auto,However no clear understanding of the Action I wont to Take. Thank You,Mr. TJB P.S. Model is 300 Touring.
