Per your advice I replaced the blower resistor, however, the unit still only works on 1,3 & 4 speeds. No fan on 2 speed. Getting electricity to fan except for 2 speed. Switch seems to hang up in the 1-2 abd 2-3 switches. I think I need to replace this switch. I have been unable to find any info on how to change switches on the internet. Is there any help you can give me on how to do this?

most likely 2 causes are I bad connection from switch to blower or the switch overheated on 2 and melted inside the switch. if you have an 05 { only 05 ) Chrysler 300 and cant find a blower motor fan switch like this one because you must buy the whole temp control assembly then just purchase the exact match switch . only sold online, part houses don't list this item in a search. the part is an AC DELCO 15-5691 blower fan switch
