2002 Chrysler 300 in the morning have to accelerate to keep

my car is a 2002 chrysler 300 m special . every morning when i start her up i have to hold down the accelerator. if i let go it will stall . i have to keep it accelerating for about 2 minutes, then it'll idle ok. until morning comes again . why does it stall when it's cold ? for the rest of the day it'll start right up.
