I need to replace the radiator fans on my 300M. Do they remove from the top or the bottom? Thanks

Did this a couple months back. Had to remove the hood latch cable, the front cover thing, water return to the radiator.

The drain plug on the radiator is on the passenger side. I didn't get a good look at that area, but I think it drains onto either front fascia or a frame member and it has a hole for it to drip through from there. Mine had lots of road crud and didn't drain properly.

Fan unit is held to radiator with 4 screws - 2 each side. I think they had both a hex head and allen wrench for removal.

I replaced the belts at the same time since with the fan out there was a bunch more room.

I got my fan new off ebay and haven't had any problems.
