Here is the only image Mitchell1 gives us, once you have it removed turn the heater on and work the blend door by hand to see what it does to make sure you have the right one

Please Let me know.

Removed re-circulation actuator, removed blend door actuator and manually closed the left side heater blend door. Normal heat flow from drivers side vents.observed mode door actuator rotation when adjusting mode control knob.still no heat flow from passenger side vents. proceeded to move wire harness and connector to control module then hot air started flowing from passenger side vents.

Not sure what you are looking for in an answer. It seems you have successfully found that the issue is a poor connection or a bad wire. Let me know exactly what is needed so I can help.

That is correct. If the blend air door isn't working, that is most likely the problem. Keep in mind, I am assuming you have dual climate control. There will be two blend doors, one for each side.

Only one control for climate does not have dual control.

Good afternoon,

Since there is no actuator for each side, it is not an actuator issue.

Do you have gauges that can read the high and low side of the system? I need to see those reading with the engine off and with it running with the A/C on.
