When i let off the gas my car starts chirping. My A/C is not working either.

Okay. Let's start with the chirping noise. If this turns out to be something other than the compressor pulley then we will need to start a new post for the AC portion. We need to keep each post to one issue so others can find it if they have the same issue. Basically they won't find an AC issue under this header.
As for the chirping noise, this could be something on the engine so let's remove the serpentine belt and see if it stops. If it does then we can dig further. If not, we will need to look at something in the drive-train.
