Fly wheel replaced on the starter. Chip in the fly wheel. How much is average price to do this?

If you mean the ring gear on the flywheel is damaged you will be replacing the flywheel. Yes you can get just the ring gear but it will probably cost as much as the complete part.
IF this is the original clutch in the car you may as well have it and the throw out bearing replaced as it all has to come out to change the flywheel anyways.
Pricing depends a lot on location but around me a complete clutch replacement runs around $800.00 in a shop. Much less if you DIY.
