fan speed switch

that is going to be yor blower motor resistor located under the right side of the dash , parts are cheap ,and install easy

My 1998 Chevy Venture Van, 3.4, with 78,000 miles on it has the heat/ac fan speed switch that works only on the highest speed of 5. Speeds 1 to 4 do not work. How can I replace or repair switch or other part necessary to get working again?
