2002 Chevy Venture Loping Roar

After replacing the wheel bearings, rotors and brake pads, I have developed a loping roar. It starts at about 35 mph and subsides at about 55-60 mph. It is a slow loping roar.

The first thing you want to do is rotate the tires and see if that changes the noise in any way.
