Our 1999 Chev Venture has 125,000 miles. It hesitates or double-clutches (and sometimes stalls) on the gear shift points (e.g. at 30mph, 45mph). It seems to happen when the vehicle is loaded with passengers or other gear, and also if we try to accelerate faster. Being loaded and stepping on the gas will definitely trigger a hiccup.
