I blew a rear brake line. I fixed it no problem there. But I have no brake fluid comming out of the line.I trided to reset the proportioning valve but it does not seam to move is there a hint something else to look at.

Try bleeding thje front this will center valve that closed off rears when line went. Also is there a rubber cup on one end of valve. If so push it in.
