Couple weeks ago my van was overheating. Had radiator and thermostat replaced. Since that was done, van is sluggish, sometimes cutting off. Here's the strange thing. If I turn it off, then turn it back on, it runs fine. But now I'm at the point where I have to turn it off then on about 5 times before it gets to that "running Fine" point. It doesn't go back to the sluggish stage while I'm driving, except for one time, when I went over a speed bump too fast. Any help would be appreciated!!!
