my brother has got a 1996 chevy van, 262 v-6. when he got it it didn't run. tried to start it but backed-fired back through the carb. replaced timing chain @ spockes got every thing one number 1, but will not start, still wants to back-fire through carb. every thing else simes to be in order HELP!!!
