Wheel won't turn when steering is turned

I have a 1998 k1500 truck. I started to notice a lot of play in my right front wheel. When I got home my right front wheel will no longer turn when I turn the steering wheel. Whats up?

I meant my left front wheel. Its the one that won't turn

Sounds like you need a rebuilt rack and pinion assembly. If you're ;ucky it could just be a bad tie rod or tie rod end, but most likely not.
