I own a 1990 Z71 chevy pick up 4x4 with a 350 jasper engine TBI. Mileage is unknow due to engine replacement but original on body is 168,000. Everything on my truck has been replaced including o2 sensor, and still idles rouph. Seems to lope real low to the point were it feels like it will shut off. The truck was in 4x4 of road racing before so this might have something to do with it.
