I have a 1992 Chev K 1500, 350 ci, 65k miles. When I turn on the heater, the vent arrows flash for about 1 minute then stop. I can't move the air flow from floor to defrost, but air blows out the vents. It doesn't matter if its heat or a/c. Is the flashing a electrical code or is it a vacuum line under the dash that is leaking or broken?
