95 chevy cavilier

I have a 1995 chevy cavilier (manual trans. 5 speed) with a 2.3L DOHC engine with 150,000 miles on it. I just replaced the shift assembly, the clutch master cylinder, the clutch disc and pressure plates, the shift cables, the clutch hydralic release bearing, and have completely bled the clutch. I cannot get the car to shift into gear. It starts, but will not let you shift. I am lost on what else to do to fix this problem, I have taken everything off twice and put everything back together and still nothing seems to fix this problem. With the car off you can shift itno all the gears fine but once you start it, nothing! Any Ideas?? Please I need help!!
