92 Astro electrical problem - radio

Hello,

I'm new to the forum. I appreciate the help. I have a 1992 Chevy Astro van. 263,000 miles baby!

Plugged in my cell phone charger to the cigarette lighter and heard a "pop". Sounded similar to a light bulb burning out.

Now I have no lighter, radio, or dome lights. I've checked all fuses located under the dash on the driver's side. All are good.

I couldn't find a second fuse box and the Chevy dealer said that there is not a second fuse box.

Where do I go from here???
