I have a 05 chevy Z71 off road edition 4x4 pu. It is a rare one for its year to have rear drums instead of rotors. Anyway my question is: While replacing the rear shoes i slipped and one shoe pushed the wheel cylinder to far in and it pushed the fluid out the other end. I immediately pushed the other side back in and slipped the rubber cover back into place. Everything seams fine but do I now need to replace the wheel cylinder? Im frustrated at this point because been dealing with the parts shop giving me wrong parts and im 40 min from town. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Getting ready crawl under my truck and lower the jack!!
