Is there anyway to clean the brake reservoir on a chev silverado? There is only access to one side where the fill cap is. Fuid was black with small black particles in fluid. Will I need to replace or rebuild my master cylinder or can I put new fluid in and bleed?

You can use a suction gun and remove all of the old fluid then refill and bleed until new fluid comes out at the wheel cylinders and calipers.
