Starter got stuck engaged for about 30 seconds on my 99 Chevy 3500...blew 40 amp Ignition Fuse. I changed the fuse and got the truck home...attempted to start truck the next day and have no power at the dash when the key is on...(12.8 V.D.C. @ battery and cig. lighter, lights etc)...I checked the Ignition Relay and found that I have no Voltage at the Relay as the key is turned or w/ ACC on....should I have power at the relay base? Is my Ignition Switch faulty? The AC Relay is located next to the Ignition Relay and has voltage ...should I have voltage at the Ignition Relay??? The Wiring Diagram shows that the Relay is powered from the Neutral Switch...but I am unsure if I should have power at the relay before the key is turned....HELP,PLEASE 909-273-9737 tonight
