1998 Chevy Truck Timing Chain

I had someone install a timing chain in my 1998 Chevy k1500 4.3L v6. They installed it wrong.
how do i install so cam and crank are properly lined up?

make sure the number 1 cylinder is on tdc and then line up the marks on the carnk and cam. they look like little dots
