1998 Chevy Truck A/C doesnt blow fast enough.

The problem with my truck is it will blow cold air. The only thing is you can barely feel it coming out.
You can hear the blower motor working.
So don't know what it is.

have you tried replacing the cabin air filter? do you place lite weight things on the passenger floor? i have seen plastic bags, paper and pens that people put on the dashboard in the blower fan obstructing the air flow. check for these items.
