1996 Chevy Truck headlight running lights

I checked the fuse for the running light s I also replaced dlr relay they still don't work could the headlight bulbs be buirnt out I bought the truck in 1998 and have never replaced a headlight bulb thank you

I would check the bulbs first……..yes………it may just be the bulb……..you could check voltage at the plug………….

If it were me – I would just purchase the bulb and test………you can also look at the bulb to possible see if the filament is broken.
