1995 Chevy Truck Tail lights don't come on when I turn the

I have changed the panel where the bulbs plug in, changed the bulbs, and now I was told to replece the tail light relay switch, do you know where it is located? Does this make sense

What light is out is it the tail light or the turn indicator lights-be specific so we can help you out.

My break lights and blinkers work, when I turn on my head lights the tail lights don't come on

Check and test the turn and hazard switch and also the headlight panel dimmer switch and park lps fuse no.9 20amp
