1995 Chevy Truck defroster not working

I have a 1995 Chevy K1500. When I turn the knob to defrost or dash vents the air only comes out the floor vent. this causes problems as I cannot keep my windshield clear in the cold. Thanks

check your vaccum lines for cracks and make sure your blend door is not sticking.
