1995 4x4 Idle problem

1995 chevy 4x4 pickup 305 v-8 140,000 mi.
Sometimes idles just fine other times it wont idle fast enough to stay running.
Changed throttle sensor and idle air sensor same results any ideas.
This happens at initial start-up or after being run for a while

any lights on ??? if not i would check the regular things,

fuel pressure and fuel pressure bleed off , quick bleed down would most likely be a regulator ,

start simple let me know if you need some help ,

don't forget any vaccum lines
