1994 Chevy Truck roaring noise

I just bought this truck, it runs great, but it makes a roaring noise, I believe from the rear at about 30mph and above. Also when I hit a bump, like railroad tracks, the front end vibrates and makes a clicking noise, like the front hubs are trying to engage. It stops right before coming to a stop.

You may have a wheel or pinion or carrier bearing problem in back, and check the stabilizer links on the front.
