My brake lights and hazard light do not work?

I am needing some help. My brake lights and hazard light do not work. I have replaced two different fuses and bulbs and i have replaced the brake box swich. My head lights and back up lights work fine. What else could be going on here. thanks :D

the brake switch, is right up on the pedal, in the dash, the hazard relay is on the fuse block.
