what if my 4l60e transimision takes off in 3rd gear but seems to be fine if i manually move it from first to overdrive and the tranny fluid does not go down after start up? Its a k1500 1993 chevy

Try changing fluid and filter and see what happens if it continues bring it in and have it pressure tested something wrong inside-
