1992 Chevy Truck 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My distributor cap draws moisture and I can't figure out why? I've changed capsw and it still draws moisture. Any ideas?

Check PCV if not working vapors from crankcase will come up shaft and collect on cap
