We have replaced the thermostat, Coolant Temp Sensor, and replaced fan relays. Fans do work when wired directly to the battery. I have also flushed the radiator. I also know that all of the fuses are good. Along with that I know that there are more sensors however; I can not find any information that explains where these are located. Please let me know where these other sensors are located or what else may be the problem.

the PCM has main control over the fans, if all that you replaced is good then check wiring. if wiring is OK suspect faulty PCM
