Hi
I added turn signals to a 1950 3/4 ton pickup. I converted everything to 12 volt, new harness, new switches. I used one of those clamp on chrome signal switches.
The problem i have is when i turn on the right turn signal the left one on the rear flashes. when i turn on the left the left rear flashes like normal. Now this happens when the headlights are on. With the headlights off the left rear flashes normal when switch is on left. If you Shift the lever to right the right rear does not flash and neither does the left. I am driving myself crazy. Any ideas. The bulbs are correct type.

this could be a tough one , i would suggest checking the switch first , it could be wired wrong inside , you should be able to pull it off and lay it in your lap and use a test light to see if the output is right or not

let us know
