2007 Chevy Trailblazer Lift Supports Hatch Back

The lift supports on my trailblazer hatch back have stopped working and need to be replaced. Is this a repair that is simple enough to do on my own or should I bring to the dealer?

It is easy. There are retaining clips that you slide out and the strut will comm off. Make sure to block the door open because it is heavy and can hurt you if it falls down.
