2005 Chevy Trailblazer P0410 Seconday AIR

i to am having same trouble just started doing it according to manual i dont have one (haynes) but i did find what i think it is under the driver side found a ac delco web site about a secondary air injection failure the dealer notice was to replace pump and hoses and relocate. condensation is back flushing into hose and coroding or freezing causing it not to work but they didnt say where to move it. if you find out anything please let me know and ill do the same for you....---- 05-22-10went below to look for it and found it under the driver side-looking from the bottom on the side is intake the bottom is the blower on the side you find the imprints and squeez them together then pull it comes off water came out bottom one just grab and twist and pull watch out water came pouring out all over me let drain. i took off the motor and boy am i sorry i could not get the motor back on to the rubber studs but i did check it and it worked, then is when i tried to put it back. spent some time and couldnt do it so i wired it with a piece of rubber on the bottom it stays. took a box cutter knife and made a v shape just past where the nozzle would go then shoved a screw driver in the small part of v witch points tword the front of the car pushed up a bit to let the water drain out. reset the code and two days later the code came back on but while i was contemplating my next move two days later it went out all by itself its been off for four days now blazer even runs better. thats what i did think about it but dont take the motor off the rubber studs try to test while up in the vehicle from the plug stored behind it good luck give it a try didnt cost me a thing.....update 10-14-10 ended up the secondary injection system went had to change took about an hour but iv not had it since come on. and the adjustments worked well still dont have water in the pump or hoses moisture is coming in the intake hose and leaking down to pump
