all the transmission fluid leaked out of the trailblazer while it was parked and not running. What could have caused this?

failed / loose transmission cooler line, cracked tranny pan gasket, loose pan bolt..
where is the leak exactly and was the tranny recently serviced ?

I can see the most of the fluid on the corner of the pan on the drivers side closest to the engine.
