2004 Chevy Trailblazer replacing water pump

Here is how to replace your water pump. Drain the coolant, remove the fan shroud and remove the drive belt. Remove the water pump pulley and then remove the water pump bolts and remove the pump. Clean the engine block where the pump was and then put a skim of sylicone on the engine block and the water pump and put the gasket in place and reinstall in reverse order.
