2004 Chevy Trailblazer 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 105 k miles

i have a fuel leak. the mechanics cannot find a leak. where could it possibly be? i was at an intersection waiting for a light to change, apparrently i started leaking alot gas, fuel tank was decreasing rapidly, gas was leaking from under the car.

If leaking from near gas tank the I would suspect a bad "quick connect" connector or a ruptured rubber hose.

If from front then a bad quick connect or rubber hose to fuel rail.

Best approach is to raise car, and look for exact location.
Be very carefull doing this as a leak that bad could easily cause a fire

I had the same problem. It was the steel lines going into the top of the fuel pump. The line was rusted and had a pin hole in it. There is a recall for this problem.
