2003 Chevy Trailblazer 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have replaced both corcuit boards for the tail lights but the running light on the passenger side is still not working. had it looked at and was tols it was a wiring problem. can not find wires to trace.

Hi, is there a plug-in for the lamp assembly? The brown wire with white tracer should be voltage for tail lite. There is a park lamp fuse in fuse block, under rear seat.
