When stop to go, or Turning up to small incline road, vehicle makes a clunk noise.... as so when car is parked , and you try to move wheels with hands, there is a noise, maybe around axle.

check your u-joints to see if there is wear. either that or the axle has wear in the gear set on the diff case..
