I have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe with a 4.8 SFI with approx 94,000 miles on it. What should the fuel pressure read at the fuel rail shreader valve?

Around 66 psi this guide can help you with the test, you can get a fuel pressure gauge a the auto parts store by renting it for free or cheap.
