2007 Chevy Tahoe Reverse Lights

Reverse lights stay on even after the car is parked and turned off at times. I have to look at the lights to make sure they are off, as my battery went dead one day. Can you help? Thanks

Hi, my info shows a back-up lamp relay, in underhood fuse box. check the circuits at the relay. I would have thought the transmission range sensor to be part of the circuit, my wiring diagram didn't show it.
