My truck makes a ticking noise when i crank it up on the passenger side of motor but disappears after i drive it a little. Could it be vanish or slug and do it need to be flushed or stuck lifter caused from the vanish

get your oil changed, does noise go away fro a little bit or stay the same no matter what?

could be a worn lifter or rocker.
